Federal Government Contracts
Skill, experience, and knowledge of the procurement rules are essential to successfully fulfilling a federal government contract. When serious problems arise, they are usually not due to poor performance, but attributable to disputes over contract interpretation, and unfamiliarity with government tactics and practice.
Our firm has experience in all aspects of federal government contracts, including construction, military procurement, telecommunications, computer hardware/software, maintenance, leasing, and supply contracting. The founder of the firm, Mr. Manfredonia, is a former federal government employee and knows how the government operates. His significant government contracts experience enables him to provide sound representation in all areas of federal procurement law, including contract formation, bid protests, disputes, claims, delays, audits, default terminations, terminations for convenience, and fraud investigations, just to mention a few.
Our firm aims at achieving your goals without resort to costly litigation, if at all possible. Many of our cases have been successfully settled once the contractor’s claim is clearly defined and supported by applicable legal principles.
We are also sensitive to the fact that the federal government is a repeat customer. All communications with government employees are done with the greatest respect and professionalism. The goal is to achieve a resolution to a dispute that achieves a win-win solution for all interested parties.
